kde-spectacle software package provides Screenshot capture utility, replaces KSnapshot, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-spectacle
kde-spectacle is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-spectacle package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-spectacle *
You will get with kde-spectacle package name, version, architecture and description in a table
